Our Story
I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 17 years. I know what it takes to create a well balanced, complex cocktail. While on a new road to sobriety, I found a need for sophisticated, non-alcoholic beverages. After being constantly disappointed by the options currently available in the market, I started playing around with some classic tricks of the trade. With lots of research I perfected consistent recipes and created something very special: totally unique non alcoholic craft cocktails and shrubs. And so Mimidae Beverage Company was born out of a true love for a complex, unique drinking experience.
Enjoying a craft cocktail surrounded by friends or loved ones is an experience. Our primary focus is to create that experience with complex flavors, sans alcohol. Now, the non alcoholic beverage industry is booming because more people like us are choosing to skip the booze without missing out on the social experience. As we like to say, all the depth and complexity you’re looking for is in our bottles, not the booze! Cheers!
